CHAIRMAN
Rajesh Chandra Sharma
started Nivara Enterprises Corporation as a Managing Director in the year Fab.2014 With over more than 30 years’ experience in international relations, and applying a strong expertise in data-driven, long-term strategic planning, Rajesh Chandra Sharma is an value addition to the company. Rajesh Chandra Sharma is M.tech from Moscow Stare University, Moscow and MBA (HR & IT) from India.
Prior to starting Nivara, Rajesh Chandra Sharma was a senior consultant for Various companies, where he led corporate business development and new client systems. He managed a diverse project portfolio, including market analysis studies, managed care systems, product feasibility profiles, and customer satisfaction measurement.
In addition, Rajesh Chandra Sharma was an integral member of the Joint Venture/Acquisition and the Licensing/Business Development teams, where he led the project valuation, due diligence, deal parameter, and negotiation processes.
Rajesh Chandra Sharma holds a Master of Business Administration degree in HR & IT with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is fluent in several Asian-Indian languages, and able to conduct business in Russian.
Business Decription
Nivara Enterprises Pvt Ltd will be a craft distiller of vodka with two primary vodka’s. Which include a sugar based craft vodka which will be priced in the premium Range (Rs. 2205-2941 /-) and a grain based craft vodka priced in the ultra-premium range (Rs. 3676 – 4412 /-). 1st Vodka’s are differentiated from other vodka’s through our mash enhancement processes, MultiStillTM, and hand bottling processes. Our MultiStillTM process is a proprietary process by which the vodka is distilled in multiple stages to ensure purity and consistency of taste. Distillery, Inc. will craft distill vodka which will be hand bottled and distributed Throughout the India. Nivara Enterprises Pvt Ltd will operate one Distillery located in the state of Western Uttar Pradesh which will produce vodka for distribution within the India. Two products will be produced, Which will include “Premium” and “Ultra Premium” versions differentiated by the MultiStillTM Process utilized, filtration processes utilized and the blending processes utilized.
During the first year of operation Nivara Enterprises Pvt Ltd will select And purchase a site for the distillery location, obtain all permits and licensing for Distillery operation, construct and test the distillation equipment, refine distillation Operations and begin production of distilled and bottled products with a capacity Of 500 gallons per month. The company will produce up to 5000 gallons per year of distilled and bottled products during the first two years of operation (the introductory stage).
